Indiana Borough has an opening for a Building Custodian!

The Building Custodian is a part-time position responsible for the general cleanliness and maintenance of the Borough facilities, both indoors and outdoors.

The position requires the ability to understand written and verbal instruction, as well as basic mechanical skills and an ability to operate minor equipment (such as lawncare tools, sanding and painting equipment, manual and motorized equipment, etc.).

The position also requires the ability to orchestrate a routine cleaning and maintenance schedule, as well as be able to respond to immediate cleaning and maintenance needs as they arise.
