ICMESA will begin billing on July 27

The Indiana County Municipal Emergency Services Authority (ICMESA) has completed the 2026 Emergency Services Fee billing process. Berkheimer, ICMESA’s third-party billing agent, will begin mailing bills to residents and businesses in participating municipalities on July 27, 2026.

All residents and commercial properties in participating municipalities will receive a bill (pictured here) that includes payment instructions, deadlines, and payment options. Questions about a bill or payment should be directed to Berkheimer using the contact information printed on the notice.
