The 2021 Delaney Chevrolet Westsylvania Jazz and Blues Festival welcomes festival audiences back to downtown Indiana Borough this weekend!
The festival is from 11:00AM to 9:00PM on Saturday the 29th and will be held on Philadelphia Street spanning from 9th to 12th Street.
Motorists can expect this the roadways in this area to be blocked off around 6:00AM on Saturday morning prior to the event. The roadway will re-open around 12:00AM on Sunday.
