The NWS has issued a flash flood warning for Indiana County effective until 1:15PM this afternoon and a flash flood watch until tomorrow morning.
Wayne Avenue is currently blocked off in both directions from Carter Avenue to Hospital Road due to pooling of water.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
