Indiana Borough Public Works will be offering leaf and limb collection during the following collection windows:

• Limb Collection – Week of October 20th, 2025 (one week only)

• Leaf Collection – Week of October 27th, 2025 and will continue until completion or the first snowfall.

• Collection should occur the day following trash collection, but is weather dependent.

Collection Reminders:

• Limbs and branches will be collected curbside. Please stack limbs neatly at the curb (not in the street) with cut ends facing the same direction. Branches must be less than 6" in diameter.

• Leaves will be collected curbside. Residents should rake leaves into piles between the curb and sidewalk (not into the street) for pickup.

• Do not place in yard waste bags.

• Keep debris away from fire hydrants, poles, and parked cars for easy collection.

• Collection is for Borough residents only.

• Other yard clippings can be recycled at the Indiana County Recycling Center. They will not be collected as part of this service - sticks and garden refuse will clog the vacuum.

• All leaves will be taken to the Indiana County Recycling Center for composting.
