The Indiana County Solid Waste Authority will resume the curbside collection of glass bottles and jars & aluminum and tin cans on July 1, 2020.
We appreciate your patience during the reduced service period that began on April 13 due to concerns regarding the potential spread of COVID-19.
Please do not place potentially contaminated items out for curbside recycling collection if you or someone in your household has been sick, has tested positive for COVID-19, or is quarantined due to suspected exposure. Under these conditions, potentially contaminated recyclable items should be disposed of in a sealed bag with your trash.
As a reminder, here's what goes in each bin:
Blue Bin:
Green Bin:
Glass bottles and jars
Aluminum and tin cans
Bagged or tied newspapers
Please rinse all containers to remove any residues before recycling.
