96 metered parking spaces on the 500, 600 and 700 blocks of Philadelphia Street will be free of charge for the holiday season on Friday evenings after 5:00 PM and Saturday all day beginning 11/23/19 and ending 12/21/19.

These spaces will be designated by a bow attached to the meter by Downtown Indiana staff. This free parking is paid for by First Commonwealth Bank.
