Indiana Borough Council has an opening within the 3rd Ward!

Indiana Borough Council contains 12 seats, sets policy and has ultimate responsibility for the municipal government. Indiana Borough Council is structured as a Committee System and operates within five Standing Committees, each of which is supervised by a Chairperson who is a member of Council. Members of Council work on a part-time basis, without compensation.

New members of Council receive an initial orientation and are actively involved with multiple professional organizations and committees. Indiana Borough Council meets on the first Tuesday after the first Monday of every month at 7:00pm in Council Chambers, located in the borough building.
