AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF INDIANA, INDIANA COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, ON MATTERS OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, PROVIDING FOR CIVIL PENALTIES AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERANCE AND REPEAL.

Solicitor’s Summary. This ordinance generally follows the Governor’s and Secretary of the Department of Health’s orders limiting gatherings and requiring facial coverings. The ordinance sunsets on December 31, 2020 unless terminated earlier or extended by the Council.
