Indiana Borough Planning Department Staff has adopted Philadelphia Street down to Washington Street and Vinegar Hill. Planning Department staff and our interns joined forces to clean up litter and debris to help keep Indiana, PA beautiful!

Adopt-A-Block is a program through Downtown Indiana, where they encourage businesses, civic groups and nonprofits to choose a block downtown and clean up litter and debris at least once a quarter.
