It's a multiphase Borough program designed to make homeownership more affordable in Indiana Borough. The first phase is the Closing Costs Assistant Program and it's currently ongoing!
The Closing Costs Assistance Program helps first-time and income qualifying homebuyers with specialized loans and reductions in closing cost fees. It's made possible through a public-private partnership between Indiana Borough, Indiana County Community Action Program (ICCAP) and a few of our local banks.
