Congratulations to, Jonathan Southard for becoming an official member of Indiana Borough Council! Southard was sworn in by Mayor Hood before his first Council meeting this past Tuesday on October 16, 2018. Southard will be the third Council member for Indiana Borough’s Third Ward.
